One number, set upfront.
Bookkeeping is a fixed monthly fee. Tax is a fixed annual fee. The amount depends on the size and shape of your business — more accounts and more activity means more work — so we set it together once we understand your needs, and it doesn't change mid-year.
Most small businesses land at about five hundred dollars a month for the books. A solo operator with clean, simple activity sits at the lower end; a busier business with payroll and sales tax sits higher.

We opened in 2017 and chose to stay small. Small enough that everyone here knows their clients — the full picture, not just the current year. That's not incidental to how we work; it's the model.
Between us we hold CPA and Enrolled Agent credentials. In plain terms: we can prepare your return and, if it ever came to it, represent you before the IRS ourselves. Most clients never need that second part, but it's good to know it's there.
